We’re searching for a skilled and motivated
Low-Voltage Foreman
to lead large field crews and drive excellence across multiple construction projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love developing people, and take pride in delivering high-quality installations, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do As the Foreman, you’ll oversee
10+ team members
and ensure the successful delivery of low-voltage installations across diverse job sites. You will be the boots-on-the-ground leader who:
Leadership & Team Operations
Lead, mentor, and train project crews for performance and growth.
Maintain a strong, professional, and safety-driven culture onsite.
Provide daily status updates to the Project Manager regarding progress, challenges, staffing, and morale.
Project Execution
Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide efficient, code-compliant installation of cabling, devices, and communications equipment.
Execute daily work using
LEAN Construction principles .
Coordinate closely with GCs, ECs, and end users to keep the project on schedule.
Verify completed work from Leads and Technicians for quality and accuracy.
Documentation & Planning
Maintain daily logs, timecards, task trackers, and accurate As‑Built documentation.
Complete Pre‑Task Plans each morning and Daily Reports at shift end.
Forecast manpower, tools, materials, and equipment up to
4 weeks ahead .
Document all relevant communications with trade partners and stakeholders.
Review all project scope and drawings within the first week of project start.
Standards, Safety & Compliance
Uphold all company policies, safety procedures, and job site standards.
Make decisions based on codes, industry best practices, and project timelines.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure team compliance with appearance guidelines.
Travel may be required.

Low‑voltage license or telecom certification highly preferred (BICSI, InfoComm, NSCA, SCTE, etc.).
Solid knowledge of cable codes, color codes, and termination practices.
OSHA 30 required .
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Spartanburg, SC.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39.00 – $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
