Responsibilities We need hard‑working, night‑owl partners to keep H‑E‑B shelves stocked and organized while everyone else is asleep. You will join a highly‑functioning team in the Grocery or Drug Store department, observe each other, and share a common goal during nighttime shifts.
Stocks shelves and refills displays.
Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products; may unload trucks.
Conditions shelves and products.
Applies product knowledge, paying attention to rotation dates and shelf/label information to help meet A+ Standards.
Maintains a clean and well‑organized department (including back room and shelves).
Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and receives leader direction.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and company regulations for food safety and sanitation.
Works efficiently with a team, meets productivity standards.
Accepts constructive feedback and applies learning.
May coach or train other stockers.
Operates with a team mindset, often works cross‑functionally within the store; builds relationships across departments such as Curbside.
Assists customers in locating products and answering product questions.

Organization and time‑management skills.
