Yard Personnel - MUST HAVE HEAVY EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE
This is an opportunity with a significant impact on our Folsom Ready Mix business! It takes some great people to serve our customers, and our Yard Personnel position is for those who strive to supply excellent customer service! What you’ll be doing:
Shoveling material, sweeping around the plant and hosing down the yard
Driving forklift, backhoe or loader to move rock into bins for the conveyor
Keeping reclaim ponds clean so trucks can continue to unload their extra ready mix material
Helping mechanics fix plants when issues arise
Moving or loading material from one location to another, operating heavy duty equipment
Landscaping that includes weeding and raking
Emptying bins/garbage from main office or plants when full or requested

Qualifications What you’ll need:
Dependable transportation
Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Ability to start work at 6 AM, or earlier, work flexible hours, overtime, and Saturdays
Loader and/or forklift experience is a plus!
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
