Systems Engineer I

We’re seeking a Systems Engineer I to support our U.S. Government program(s). The role will involve:
Hands‑on Systems Engineering.
Testing of developed solutions pre‑ and post‑deployment, troubleshooting and recreating field issues.
Working with end‑users to answer questions, support troubleshooting, and train them in system use.
Data analysis to evaluate performance, identify issues, and support solution recommendations.
Developing and managing requirements.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
Basic Linux skills.
Knowledge of modern communications networks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 additional years of experience can substitute.
Seven years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Motivated self‑starter with excellent time management.
Detail‑oriented and an excellent communicator (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and with team members.
Ability to connect with individuals of varying backgrounds.
Salary Range $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 USD / year
Salary is a general guideline and may be adjusted based on responsibilities, experience, and other factors.
