Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items Assuming 100% responsibility for the quality of products made Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards Stocking and product management including waste control Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation Excelling in time management Following all food safety standards and procedures Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience as a prep cook in a high-volume restaurant/bar Spanish Speaking Preferred Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant Detailed oriented Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence Strong belief in professional and ethical approach to guest services Reports To: General Manager/ Chef de Cuisine Pay: Hourly Hours: Part Time (Evening Shifts Required) This job profile does not contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities.
