Line cooks will have oversight of kitchen service operations during their shift.

Areas of Focus

Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items

Assuming 100% responsibility for the quality of products made

Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards

Stocking and product management including waste control

Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation

Excelling in time management

Following all food safety standards and procedures

Requirements

Minimum 1‑year experience as a prep cook in a high‑volume restaurant/bar

Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant

Detail‑oriented

Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude

Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence

Strong belief in a professional and ethical approach to guest services

Reports To: General Manager / Chef de Cuisine Pay: Hourly + Tips Hours: Part Time and Full Time
