The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for a
Café Waiter/Waitress
who will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the café in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off‑site. The waiter/waitress will serve food & beverage to guests and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.
This position is ranked as Guest Services Staff.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Have experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end standalone restaurants, or cocktail bars.
Are curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
Communicate effectively in Korean and English; Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
