About the Role We are seeking a professional and friendly
Front Desk Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and scheduling appointments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings and office supplies.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
