Position Details
Location: Charlotte Airport
Address: 5601 Wilkinson Blvd
Department: Operations - Field (OPS001)
Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation: $18.54 per hour
Application Deadline: January 23, 2026
Key Responsibilities
Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Act as traffic controller to direct guests to available parking spaces.
Perform vehicle counts throughout shift to prevent over‑fill of garage spaces.
Perform daily patrols and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies.
Control traffic at entrances and exits and assist guests who cannot locate their vehicles.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed.
Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients and teammates.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
At least 18 years of age.
Previous customer service experience (preferred).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
