What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Operations Support within our Lodging division. This position supports operational execution and cross‑functional initiatives that improve employee onboarding, service delivery, and overall operational efficiency. In this role, you will partner with internal teams to coordinate training, manage operational workflows, track strategic initiatives, and support senior leadership with reporting and execution. You will report directly to senior operations leadership and regularly collaborate with Operations, Client Services, HR, and Technology teams.
How We Work As a Senior Manager, Operations Support, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
Formal, hands‑on training
Access to tools and systems required to support cross‑functional operations
Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:
Coordinating cross‑functional efforts to support project delivery, new employee onboarding, and operational initiatives
Creating and following up on requisitions and approvals for operations and client services employees
Creating, tracking, and following up on ServiceNow tickets, including system access for new hires
Creating and distributing new hire welcome communications and onboarding materials
Coordinating new hire training schedules, particularly for onsite employees
Tracking retention metrics, operational bonuses, headcount, and budget commitments
Maintaining project trackers and dashboards while providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and milestone reporting to leadership
Creating clear and organized process documentation, training materials, and summary reports
Developing presentation materials for operations and client services leadership
Assisting senior leadership with administrative support such as calendar management, meeting planning, and travel coordination
Providing flexible support on special projects as assigned by senior leadership
Managing and developing a team of one or more operations support specialists
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or process improvement
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated with strong follow‑through
Proven problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments
Demonstrated initiative, ownership, persistence, and accountability
