We are growing fast and looking for those who are eager to become a long‑term valued member of our NIRVC family. The Warranty Administrator role is an hourly plus commission paid position.
Job Description A successful Warranty Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of warranty verification, submission of claims and services provided to the customer pertaining to warranties for parts or vehicles. Assures customer needs and service requests are completed pertaining to warranties for units. Works with department leaders to meet service goals.
Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Compensation $20 - $25/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
Works with manufacturers and service department to verify warranties of parts and service, keeping costs associated with repairs within the estimates of the warranty and submitting claims.
Maintaining a good relationship with manufacturers, service advisors, service technicians and managers
Collect proper information from your advisors to get service done in a timely manner
Keep accounts current and accurate
Make phone calls as well as answer calls and emails timely on warranty issues
Qualifications
Must have excellent customer relations skills, understand warranty process internally and externally
Dependable and trustworthy
Ability to work in a team setting
Microsoft Office skills
