Job Summary Our client is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with meeting preparation
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
Assist with onboarding paperwork and internal documentation
Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Support accounting, sales, or operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail and professionalism
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
