Job Summary
Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.
Release and track shop orders, ensuring materials and documentation are ready.
Monitor progress and resolve issues quickly to keep production on track.
Update ERP systems with accurate status and maintain data integrity.
Work with supply chain to prevent material shortages and keep inventory flowing.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to solve problems.
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (IFS experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
