Job Title:
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Schedule:
4 days/week, 9:00am – 3pm. Weekly schedule can be flexible
Reports to:
Managing Partner / Partner
Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As the face of our wealth management firm, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and polished front office experience while supporting the administrative needs of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors as they enter Iowa Wealth Management, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry in our CRM system
Assist Director of Client Experience with client needs, including ACH requests, balance requests and client paperwork processing as needed
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client information
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure efficient office operations
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred
Experience in financial services or client-facing professional environments is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
This role is based in a professional office setting within a client-centered wealth management firm. Business professional attire is required. The position may occasionally require flexibility in hours to support special client events or meetings. This role is not eligible for remote work. Applicants must be available for in-person work for an average of 25 hours/week.
