Change Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support large-scale organizational and cultural transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role focuses on guiding evolving ways of working, supporting workforce transitions, and helping teams successfully adopt new operating models. The ideal candidate brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to change, paired with strong analytical and communication skills.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Lead organizational change efforts associated with enterprise-wide transformations, including shifts in ways of working, culture, and operating models.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess change impacts, readiness, and adoption risks across teams and stakeholder groups.
Develop and execute change and transition strategies that support workforce planning, role evolution, and capability alignment.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform recommendations, track progress, and support leadership decision‑making.
Prepare and deliver clear reports, dashboards, and updates that communicate insights, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Change Manager Qualifications
Proven experience supporting organizational, cultural, or operational change initiatives within large or complex organizations.
Strong background in change management, transition management, or organizational transformation methodologies.
Experience contributing to or supporting workforce planning efforts is strongly preferred.
Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (advanced degrees or additional experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree).
Compensation Up to $59/hr. (DOE)
