We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will help ensure the smooth and safe running of stockyard activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Inventory management, which consists of receiving new materials, verifying the delivery of new materials, and putting new materials in storage.
Order-picking and staging/packaging materials for fence installation crews.
Operating a forklift proficiently to load and unload trucks, including semi-tractor trailer, flatbed trailer as well as pull-behind trailers connected to pick-up trucks.
Maintaining a clean, orderly and safe outdoor stockyard and warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor and Production Managers. QUALIFICATIONS
Valid drivers license is required.
Experience driving forklifts is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and direct other members of your team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$20 - $30 per hour.
Eligible for full Health, Dental and Vision benefits, including additional voluntary coverages.
Fence & Deck Depot provides LTD (Long-term Disability) and $10,000 of life insurance.
