Road/Dispatcher Supervisor (West Yard)
Transdev in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Road/Dispatcher Supervisor. We are seeking customer service‑oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Position Location: 405 North 79th Avenue, Phoenix AZ 85043
Starting pay: $23.00, progressing to $34.91 over 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
Assign and communicate job requirements and responsibilities to Operators and Road Supervisors
Day‑to‑day scheduling, counseling and evaluation reports
Conduct on‑the‑scene accident investigations; assist drivers in preparing accident reports and safety violation documents.
Host driver training and safety courses
Assist Safety Manager with DOT compliance regarding drug testing and recordkeeping.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2‑3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills & interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must have a flexible work schedule.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements
Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions—100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
