Greets guests and interacts with them in a friendly and helpful manner. Assign Campground sites to guests as they check-in. Asses open sites and clear from board. You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.

Job Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service to Gros Ventre Campground guests

Check guests in to Campground and explain Campground policies and procedures.

Take payment including cash and credit cards

Answer guest questions, educate guests on Park and important of wildlife safety and bear interactions

Following company policies and procedures

Daily inspection of grounds, picking up any trash and inspecting for bear attractants

Sell and stack firewood

Clean public restrooms in absence of PA Attendant

Other duties as assigned Hospitality You must be committed to superior guest service and quality standards. As a team member of your department you play a key role ensuring the team’s success and achievement of meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations. Our goal is to receive a minimum of 87% on our Market Metrics guest survey scores.

Greets guests and answers questions about the RV Park, Colter Bay Village and the NationalPark.

Maintains guest and Grand Teton Lodge Company records.

Handles confirmation and registration of guests.

Collects room settlement charges and posts room settlements to guest folio.

Presents map of area showing guest RV site location and the locations of various activities.

Arranges delivery of guest's mail and messages.

Balances individual banks at the end of shift, preparing and depositing cash receipts for that shift.

Periodically checks reservations blockings throughout the day.

Health and Safety You are responsible for working in a safe and healthy manner. You must be knowledgeable of the company’s work safe policies and procedures.

Follow all training and policies as required by personnel and EH&S office including blood borne pathogen training, proper lifting, golf cart safety, etc

NPS/Community Relations You must be committed to working in partnership with the National Park Service and community organizations to enhance our guests’ experiences. Our goal is to receive only fours and fives on the five point rating scale used by NPS.

Ensures NPS food storage guidelines are followed.

Job Requirements

Disposition suitable for constant guest contact

Ability to lift, walk up and down hills, and bend without difficulty

Ability to stand for 8 hour shift, walk back and forth between kiosk and cars

Must live on-site in a fully self-contained RV

The expected pay range is $17.75/hr . This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
