Job Responsibilities
Provides information and arranges reservations for all activities and transportation for all GTLC locations
Possesses knowledge of all activities offered and is able to answer questions concerning these activities
Issues tickets and refunds for specific activitiesAccurately records all advance reservations and cancellations, as well as taking payment and issuing refunds where appropriate
Operation of Visual One Activities Scheduler
Responds or obtains answers to all guest inquiries about activities, services, food facilities, and all accommodations
Knowledge of frequently asked questions; Grand Teton Lodge Company activities, National Park activities at JLL & CBV, hiking trails, children’s activities, activities in Jackson and Teton Village, motels in Jackson, good restaurants, white water trips, church services, Yellowstone weather, highways, menus, airport and bus schedules, and Grand Teton Lodge Company rates
Assists guests in making reservations for regional and outlying activity operations
Greet customers in a friendly manner; provide adequate information and employ positive sales techniques
Other duties as assigned

Fluent in understanding and speaking English
Friendly, courteous personality, ability to relate well to guests and employees, ability to perform under pressure.

As a team member of your department you play a key role ensuring the team’s success and achievement of meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations. Our goal is to receive a minimum of 60 on our NPS Hospitality Score. Must consistently provide legendary hospitality experiences to internal & external guests alike.
