Overview
The Club at Nevillewood is seeking a detail‑oriented and creative
Golf Shoppe Merchandiser
to oversee ordering, as well as the presentation, organization, and merchandising strategy of our golf shoppe. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience through thoughtful product placement, inventory flow, and seasonal displays that reflect the prestige of our club.
Essential Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays throughout the golf shoppe
Ensure product presentation aligns with club standards, brand guidelines, and seasonal themes
Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise
Rotate stock and refresh displays to maximize sell‑through and member engagement
Collaborate with the golf professional staff on merchandising strategies, promotions, and special events
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the golf shop
Assist members with product inquiries as needed, providing a high level of service
Support inventory counts and reporting as required
Qualifications
Previous retail merchandising experience preferred (golf or specialty retail a plus)
Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of golf apparel, equipment, and brands is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays during the golf season
