Senior Corporate and Fund Finance Associate Attorney

Fund Finance Associate (6th to 8th Year) – [New York] This role sits within one of the few fund finance teams with the depth and footprint to structure complex, first‑of‑their‑kind transactions. The group works with market‑leading funds, alternative capital providers, and premier sponsor clients on cutting‑edge matters. The right candidate will assume meaningful responsibility, deepen client relationships, and play a key role on sophisticated domestic and cross‑border transactions.

Ideal Candidate

6 to 8 years of experience in fund finance or related finance transactions

Experience counseling lenders or borrowers on subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid structures, GP or management company financings, and other secured lending arrangements

Ability to lead key workstreams, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, collateral documents, amendments, and related finance documentation

Experience managing transaction execution and coordinating across international teams

Excellent academic credentials with strong drafting and communication skills

Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a high‑performing, client‑facing team
