Talentline Services is working with a client in the Rochester, NY area to help fill multiple direct-hire Electrical Journeyman positions for a non-union manufacturing facility.
This is a full-time opportunity with a steady 1st shift Monday– Friday schedule and overtime available when the workload demands it. You’ll be working hands-on with industrial electrical systems, machine builds, and plant support An
active Journeyman Card is required . What You’ll Be Doing
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems following
NEC and NFPA 70E
standards
Run conduit, pull wire, and handle motor controls, VFDs/drives, power distribution, lighting, and communication systems
Wire and support different machinery throughout plant
Read and work from prints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Troubleshoot electrical issues using meters and testing equipment
Work side-by-side with engineers, programmers, and project managers to get jobs done right
Follow all safety rules, take part in toolbox talks, and look out for unsafe conditions
Help train and mentor less-experienced electricians when needed
What We’re Looking For
Active Electrical Journeyman Card (required)
Experience at any skill level
L1–L5
Comfortable working in
industrial and manufacturing environments
Able to read prints and follow instructions without hand-holding
Physically able to: Work at heights and in tight spaces
Handle hot and cold conditions
Lift up to
50 lbs
Basic computer skills and solid communication
Willing to work overtime and occasional travel when required
