supporting a large-scale packaging and printing manufacturing operation focused on high-volume, precision finishing and converting processes.

3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Work Setup:
Onsite, production-based manufacturing environment
Typical Day as a Bindery Operator
Read and interpret job tickets and work orders to determine setup specifications.
Set up, adjust, operate, and troubleshoot bindery equipment.
Operate bindery machines including cutters, folders, envelope inserters, and shrink-wrap equipment.
Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, folding, binding, and packaging printed materials.
Monitor workflow to ensure quality standards and production targets are met.
Log production data and material usage accurately.
Follow department startup, cleaning, and shutdown procedures.
Adhere to safety policies and quality control guidelines.
Communicate issues related to orders, quality, or equipment performance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Good Fit
3–5 years of bindery or print finishing experience.
Mechanical aptitude or ability to pass a mechanical assessment.
Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Strong attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Physical & Vision Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, lift, see, hear, and communicate effectively.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus at varying distances.
Comfortable working in loud production environments.
