What is Required (Qualifications)
1‑3 years of retail management experience
High school graduate or equivalent

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and driven by metrics
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a retail management role with a focus on customer service
Passion for mentoring and coaching team members to achieve growth
Familiarity with retail technology and sales floor operations
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
