What is Required (Qualifications)

1‑3 years of retail management experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings and weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with retail technology

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office

Previous involvement in coaching and mentoring team members
