Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement SPM solutions including workflows, catalog items, workspaces, and integrations to meet complex business requirements
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to extend capabilities and enhance user experience
Design and implement workflows to support business needs and increase automation
Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using integration spokes or custom APIs
Work within the Agile methodology to develop, build and test alongside other developers to ensure the best product is delivered to requestors in a timely manner
Work with implementation partners, or internal project teams to implement new modules as business needs evolve
Assist with regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure we remain compliant and supported by the vendor
Requirements
At least 3+ years experience working with the ServiceNow platform , specifically in the
SPM module , and with good familiarity with
ITSM , and the general ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of
ITIL principles and practices
Proficiency in
JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services
Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field
Service now Certified Application Developer
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Communicative English
