What You'll Do
Be a Full-Cycle Recruiter
Identify and win new clients through outbound outreach
Build long-term client partnerships
Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates for clients
Requirements
You have experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
You love chasing (and closing) new business
You're self‑motivated and entrepreneurial
Preferences
Recruiting experience for an external recruiting firm
Motivation for commission work
