We’re looking for a friendly, highly detail-oriented front office coordinator to help manage the daily operations of our busy chiropractic office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced medical office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the healthcare provider.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
Process medical collections and manage billing inquiries.
Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming for patients.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient service and care.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Skills
Proficient in office management practices within a medical setting.
Strong patient service skills with a focus on providing excellent care.
Familiarity with medical office software preferred but not required.
Knowledge of medical collection processes and insurance verification is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
The position is initially designated as part-time, with a possibility to transition to full-time status.
