Pay Rate $25.91/hr +

Sign On Bonus

$500 after 30 days

$500 after 6 months

Retention Bonus

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform

Review KIWI schedule for upcoming orders and align for optimal running (including stack height).

Communicate special instruction requirements order to order.

Communicate changes in schedule to wet end and support personnel.

Coordinate/advise activities of both wet and dry end activities.

Ensure maximum up‑time by monitoring all processes (constant improvement process).

Monitor and control machine speeds for optimum performance and quality.

Complete required quality inspections based on QMS requirements:

Pin Adhesion

Board Soaks

ECT Testing

Monitor all programs and compare to Syncro before the run ensuring optimum settings are applied.

Glue Gaps

Heat Settings

Operate, diagnose and react to all warnings, errors and faults associated with dry end equipment.

Enter accurate data for DT/Waste in KIWI.

Schedule shortages, make‑ups and insert orders for production.

Initialize XMITTER and SYNCRO queues.

Analyze and adjust for quality defects.

Complete manual set‑ups for auxiliary shaft and tape jobs as needed.

Perform operator‑level PM and cleanup activities on all dry end components.

Participate in all continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality and production.

Communicate mechanical issues with shift supervisor.

Wear all required personal protective equipment.

Follow all company safety rules/procedures.

Keep work areas and surrounding areas clean and free of debris.
