As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience. Day to Day
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
$19.50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
