Job Description ATTENTION MILITARY AFFILIATED JOB SEEKERS – Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for open roles. What you will be doing Work from maintenance work orders, schedules, manuals, check‑lists, prints, sketches and schematics in accordance with all national and local codes and standards. Fabricate, repair, install and maintain equipment using hand tools, instruments, machining equipment and cutting and welding tools. Maintain strict quality standards and tolerancing using measuring devices.

Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, gas plumbing and piping operations; install and repair high/low pressure cylinders, fittings, pumps, motors, valves, regulators, pipe, tubing, hoses.

Install, diagnose, maintain and repair gas‑fired ovens, burners and associated control devices.

Align, level and balance machinery, pumps, motors and other equipment.

Assist control engineers with repairs, diagnoses, teardown, parts replacement and testing of control systems.

Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs.

Prepare material requisition forms and other paperwork to inform team lead of spare part shortages.

Attend meetings and task forces to integrate activities, communicate issues, and obtain approvals.

Conduct equipment validations, safety, and quality audits.

Perform related duties as assigned to maintain workflow or respond to emergencies.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Maintain work area clean and orderly in accordance with 5‑S standards.

Execute duties following HSE, quality and productivity requirements.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in a technical field OR at least five years’ experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or completion of a legitimate apprenticeship program (millwright, mechanical or machinist). A journeyman’s card in any of these categories is desirable.

Advanced trade mathematics skills and ability to use precision measuring instruments.

Excellent analytical problem‑solving skills for complex installation, repair, modification and maintenance procedures.

Judgment to machine and fabricate specialty replacement parts creatively.

Manual dexterity with hand and power tools, lathe, milling, surface grinder, welding, drill press, band saw.

Forklift and overhead crane operation skills; continual visual attention for diagnosis and repair.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Strong statistical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of process‑related standards.

Proven partnership development with internal and external team members.

Education Required High School or GED.
