Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration
Location and Hours Location: Ascension Via Christi Hospital St. Francis.
Shift Hours: Full Time – 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities
Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment.
Collect details accurately across multiple programs and screens, ensuring correct input between physician and nurse check‑ins while managing clinician interruptions.
Provide empathetic support to patients who may be ill or worried, listening carefully to ease their anxiety and building rapport in real time.
Navigate a fast‑paced setting while maintaining speed and accuracy, handling a wide variation in health plans and coverage.
Collaborate with a reliable team focused on career development and progression within R1 RCM.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service experience.
Must be up to date on all vaccinations, pass a drug test, and pass a background check prior to hire.
Compensation For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $14.00 – $18.24 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
