Part-time, PRN – As Needed

In this role, you will serve as a Customer Service Representative within Patient Registration, helping patients check into the hospital and ensuring smooth, compassionate registrations.
Responsibilities
Work on computers and answer phones to intake patient and insurance information in a busy environment.
Collect, verify, and input information accurately across multiple screens and programs, adjusting for clinician interruptions and emergent care.
Provide a supportive presence for patients who may be ill or anxious, listening carefully, asking follow‑up questions, and easing their concerns.
Navigate a fast‑paced, on‑the‑feet workflow that requires quick typing and problem‑solving skills.
Collaborate with a supportive team that values career development and offers opportunities to grow within our growing organization.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service experience.
Ability to type quickly and answer phones.
Comfortable working in a hospital/lab setting, including seeing illness and injuries.
Up‑to‑date vaccinations, and successful completion of a drug test and background check.
Base Pay Range:
$15.00 – $20.28 per hour (individual pay determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education).
