Summary of Position The Food Runner is responsible for assisting in the service/delivery of food and/or beverages; performed in a fun, friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction. We’re looking for part‑time, AM and PM shifts available, and must have weekend availability.

Essential Functions

Quickly clear dirty table and lounge settings and prepare tables/lounge areas for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.

Maintain stock and cleanliness of station during the shift with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.

Serve guests with water, beverages, and other items to begin their pool dining experience and replenish as necessary.

Transport all dirty tableware from the pool area to dish washing area for proper cleaning.

Qualifications Education:

NA

Experience:

Experience in a similar role preferred, but willing to train.

Certificates or Licenses:

Current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card and Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware, and menu items

Ability to transport large trays of drinks through a crowded outdoor pool area

Ability to operate beverage and point of sale (POS) equipment

Ability to memorize and perform Resort Standards and AAA Diamond standards
