Job Summary The Crisis Mobile Specialist (CPSS) responds to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The role triages the immediate crisis situation, recommends the appropriate intervention, and helps the individual transition to the most suitable level of care when applicable. Each area of work is defined by policies, processes, and governing rules set forth by Magellan Healthcare of Idaho and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

Skills / Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.

Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.

Current valid Idaho Driver’s License.

Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record.

C‑PRSS Certification required.
