Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers and promptly address their automotive service inquiries or concerns
Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized and efficient service schedule
Provide accurate and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services, including associated costs and time frames
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs
Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicles and provide updates on any additional repairs or services needed
Offer additional maintenance and service options to customers based on their vehicle's needs and manufacturer recommendations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Handle customer complaints or disputes, striving for a satisfactory resolution
Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each customer's vehicle
Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of required parts and accessories

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance practices

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills and experience working with automotive service software and systems
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Training and Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, gained through technical training programs or industry experience, is necessary to effectively communicate with customers and understand service recommendations.
