Job Summary T12 Technologies is seeking a Senior Logistician to lead expeditionary logistics and supply chain operations in support of an international training deployment. The Senior Logistician will manage end-to-end logistics, including supply chain, air/ground transport, shipping/receiving, warehouse control, and inventory accountability while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational tempo requirements are met in an OCONUS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Overseas Logistics & Supply Chain Leadership:
Lead OCONUS logistics operations to support high-tempo training activities. Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and resource distribution. Ensure accurate documentation, chain of custody, and compliance controls.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
Develop and implement effective inventory management processes. Oversee stock levels, monitor supply chains, manage stock discrepancies, and ensure timely inventory replenishment.
Vendor and Supplier Relations:
Act as the primary liaison between the company and suppliers, customers, and transportation providers, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service levels.
Shipping & Receiving Oversight:
Ensure accurate and timely shipments, including the scheduling, documentation, and handling of goods. Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments comply with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Strategic Planning & Logistics Optimization:
Collaborate with executive teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, streamline operations, and reduce costs while maintaining service excellence.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare, review, and present detailed logistics reports to executive management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), cost analysis, and identifying areas for operational improvement.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all logistics activities comply with local, federal, and international laws and regulations, including transportation safety standards. Implement and maintain compliance programs to mitigate risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments, including procurement, sales, production, and customer service, to align logistics strategies with broader organizational goals.
Leadership & Team Management:
Manage, mentor, and develop the logistics team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
U.S. Citizen
Valid U.S. passport and ability to deploy internationally for the full period
6–10+ years logistics, supply chain, transportation, or military logistics experience
Prior OCONUS logistics experience required (Middle East preferred)
Experience supporting field, expeditionary, deployment, or training environments
Strong documentation, accountability, and reporting discipline
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
PMP or similar project management certification (preferred)
Experience supporting government contracting, training programs, or task orders
Prior Middle East deployment/contract support experience highly preferred
Military logistics or air transport experience (preferred)
