Role Summary T12 Technologies is seeking an experienced Instructor Level III – Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support advanced medical training delivery overseas. This senior instructional role includes delivering complex modules, designing realistic scenarios, supporting assessments, and mentoring junior instructors. Ideal candidates bring strong operational experience in tactical, critical care, aviation, or maritime medical environments and can lead to high-fidelity training in field conditions.

Senior subject‑matter instructor responsible for complex lectures, scenario design, mentoring junior instructors, and running assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver advanced classroom and practical instruction aligned to module outcomes

Design/run high‑fidelity scenarios and performance evaluations

Mentor Level I/II instructors; standardized station delivery

Support safety oversight and clinical realism (within training scope)

Provide daily QA notes and improvements to the Course Director

Minimum Requirements

Must have a Special Forces background

8+ years’ experience in relevant specialty (tactical/CBRN, critical care transport, aeromedical, maritime/dive)

3+ years teaching/coaching in the field or clinical training environments

Comfortable instructing in PPE/field conditions and running scenario‑driven training

Strong documentation discipline (attendance, sign‑offs, student feedback)

Preferred Qualifications

Professional specialty credentials relevant to module (e.g., TCCC, FP‑C, CCP‑C, CFRN, CBRN/HAZMAT, maritime/dive)

Scenario‑driven evaluation and/or simulation program experience

QA/assessment background is highly beneficial

Module Experience (One or More Required) Candidates should have instructor‑level exposure or operational experience in one or more of the following:

Module 1 – Tactical Medicine + CBRN

Tactical/austere trauma care instruction (military, Law Enforcement, EMS, tactical, remote medicine)

HAZMAT/Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear experience preferred

Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)/Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) instructor credentials are a plus

Hemorrhage control, airway, chest injury management, hypothermia prevention, casualty evacuation

Preferred credentials

TCCC Instructor (or documented experience teaching TCCC/TECC‑equivalent content)

HAZMAT/CBRN operational experience; PPE donning/doffing & decon lane training

Module 2 – Medical Evacuation & Field Critical Care

ICU / ED/ critical care transport/retrieval medicine

Disaster/MCI operations and triage systems

Preferred credentials

Critical Care Paramedic / Flight Paramedic / ICU RN / ED RN experience

FP‑C / CCP‑C / CFRN (or equivalent)

Disaster/incident management training (ICS/command board familiarity)

Module 3 – Aviation & Aeromedical Medicine

Flight medic/nurse or aviation physiology training exposure

Crew Resource Management (CRM)/safety/aviation medicine teaching preferred

Preferred credentials

Flight paramedic/nurse background; aviation safety/CRM facilitation experience

Experience with altitude/hypoxia training tools or aviation physiology education

Module 4 – Naval & Diving Medicine

Maritime or diving emergency management and rescue operations teaching

Dive medicine exposure or rescue diver training preferred

Preferred credentials

Dive medic/diving medicine course facilitation; rescue diver / maritime rescue training

Hyperbaric medicine exposure (theory acceptable; chamber operation not required)

General Role Requirements

Valid passport and eligibility to deploy internationally

Ability to work in field conditions (heat, PPE, long days, high tempo)

Professional conduct, cultural awareness, and strong client‑facing communication

Commitment to strict safety, QA, and documentation standards

Preferred Background

Prior Middle East deployment or contract experience

Formal instructor credentials (military, clinical, or civilian training)
