Responsibilities
From staging vehicles to greeting customers, this role is essential to the dealership’s operation
Greet customers as they enter the service drive
Direct customers and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner
Prepare and move vehicles from the service drive to the parking area
Clean, organize the service drive and assist the service team as needed
Keep the drive clear by parking cars, recording inventory, and storing keys
Support the service team through miscellaneous duties as required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Successful completion of MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug test
Valid driver's license
Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking success
Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills
Customer service experience preferred
Seniority level Entry level
