What you will do:

As a Dealer Relations Manager, you will build high‑level relationships with dealerships, understand their goals and challenges, and provide coaching, training, and consultation to deliver the highest level of customer service. You will use data and technology to support dealer partners and work with their executive, floor, and other departments to implement and optimize our product.

Ideal candidate:

This position is located in South Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Miami) and requires travel throughout the FL market. You have practical experience with automotive dealership operations, can travel as needed, and consistently strive to surpass expectations, collaborating with both the team and dealership partners.

Responsibilities

Possess an in‑depth understanding of our software platform and related services to support dealership processes.

Manage day‑to‑day dealer relationships and promote adoption of the company product.

Execute launch planning, manage product implementation, and deliver training through monthly visits.

Serve as first point of contact for dealership issues and follow up on escalations.

Share product best practices with client organizations and the regional team.

Communicate product changes, new features, and releases timely to accounts.

Cover a geographical area while reporting to the Director of Dealer Relations.

Ensure the retention of 20+ accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.

3‑5 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience in a luxury automotive retail environment.

Significant experience with CRM tools and comfort with technology.

Ability to think quickly, handle ambiguity, and communicate effectively.

Strong rapport building, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

Regularly assess own performance and adapt to achieve better results.

Strong belief in the company’s mission and success.

80% travel required within the region and nationally as needed.

Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
