Executive Assistant , AWS Brand & Creative Amazon Web Services, Inc.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a dedicated, fun-loving, customer centric Executive Assistant to join our Worldwide Product Marketing Team. You will support a minimum of two Directors within the organization and must have great attention to detail, organizational excellence, and a keen sense of rapid‑fire prioritization.

AWS Product Marketing is fast‑paced and dynamic. You will be flexible, change direction, and pivot seamlessly to deliver results. We are looking for an experienced executive assistant or career changer who holds themselves to a high bar of customer obsession and ownership and prides themselves on earning trust with leaders and other executive assistants. A high level of integrity and discretion with confidential information and professionalism under pressure will be critical to success in this role.

This executive assistant team works with internal and external executives at Amazon and is the frontline of the customer experience. You will be the single threaded point of contact for your Leader’s business office.

You will be responsible for a wide range of critical activities from complex calendar management, coordinating travel and processing expense reports, to tracking key deliverables and organizing team events (for example, team meetings, employee engagement, etc.). You will complete complex tasks and projects quickly, often with little guidance, and act with appropriate urgency on situations that require a quick turn‑around. You will efficiently and proactively solve complex problems that affect people broadly within the department and other partner stakeholders. This role will also act as an extension of your Leader and a partner within a supportive and collaborative EA community.

You will take on varied and exciting new projects and learn new skills. Other responsibilities can include coordinating meeting agendas, office space planning, and ad hoc small project coordination.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

Key job responsibilities

Manage the Global Head’s calendar, including scheduling large and/or complex internal and external meetings in multiple time zones.

Work closely with fellow coordinators/executive assistants to accommodate complex meetings involving senior management.

Diligently submit and follow up on monthly expenses (personal and corporate) in a timely manner.

Provide relationship management support, including follow‑up requests/calls and data entry.

Identify administrative needs for the organization and initiate or willingly assist with projects to support those needs.

Perform other administrative support duties as appropriate (visitor registration, food orders, parking, meeting note‑taking, etc.).

Coordinate large internal team meetings and events/outings (All Hands, brainstorms, presentations, trainings, community outreach, etc.).

Be willing and able to travel as needed to support leaders’ schedule and priorities.
