What We’re Looking For You’ll join the

Communities + New Initiatives (CaNI) sector , dedicated to developing and executing integrated strategies that center community and customer needs. CaNI manages cross‑program initiatives, pilots, and processes (i.e., Measure Development), to drive innovation and equity in energy programs. The team collaborates across Energy Trust sectors and external partners to deliver solutions that reflect evolving community priorities.

As Energy Trust expands its portfolio of prescriptive and semi‑prescriptive measures to advance our Multiyear Plan goals, the complexity and volume of measure development work has grown significantly. To maintain rigor and operational efficiency, Energy Trust identified the need for a dedicated project manager to support the Measure Development Manager in overseeing the overall process and execution of process improvements, including project management tools.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage tracking of 40‑70 measure development projects in Asana.

Lead reporting of measures‑and‑sector‑level progress throughout each year.

Serve as the primary resource for measure development project management tools and provide educational resources to staff with questions about these tools.

Provide regular project management updates to internal Energy Trust and external PMC/PDC staff throughout all stages of the measure development process.

Ensure that all concerns from the Measure Development Team are appropriately documented, resolved, and/or escalated.

Coordinate with all parties to set weekly agendas for the Measure Development Meetings.

Support the Measure Development Manager with regular measure development reporting and presentations.

Maintain clear communication and alignment across project teams, including coordinating and facilitating ad‑hoc cross‑functional meetings.

Manage day‑to‑day project activities by coordinating with team members, subject matter experts, and community partners to keep tasks and deliverables on track.

Assist the Measure Development Manager to define and implement strategic initiatives outlined in the Energy Trust Multi‑Year Plan.

Provide logistical and administrative support for public presentations and stakeholder discussions, including notetaking, coordinating details, assisting with materials, and preparing presentation content.

Support Communities + New Initiatives (CaNI), and Measure Development Portfolio in ad‑hoc requests.

Perform ad hoc requests and other job‑related duties, including tasks that may not be explicitly outlined in this position description, to support Communities + New Initiatives, and the Measure Development Portfolio.

Perform all functions of the job in a safe manner.
