Primary Purpose:

The successful individual will leverage their retail proficiency to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and strengthen the Kate Spade brand in the store.

Responsibilities Client & Service Expert

Achieves individual sales goals.

Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.

Ensures exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.

Builds a personal connection with guests using effective selling skills.

Leadership Presence

Achieves personal sales goals.

Possesses extensive product knowledge.

Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture.

Initiates business‑driving events in store.

Building Brand Equity

Communicates the Kate Spade new York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to sales team and customers.

Builds strong relationships as a brand ambassador.

Conveys client feedback to management to elevate service and sales.

Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

Operational Excellence

Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the facility.

Strong communication skills.

Proven contribution to an elevated selling culture.

Elevated sense of personal style.

Qualifications

Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

Available to work the store schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Standing for extended periods.

Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable climbing ladders.

Base Pay Range

$15.00–$17.75 \*Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
