The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to deliver the Kate Spade Experience to customers and help grow the brand in-store. Responsibilities
Client & Service Expert:
Achieves individual sales goals. Develops strong product knowledge across all categories. Ensures exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade Experience. Develops a personal connection with guests through effective use of selling skills. Leadership Presence:
Achieves personal sales goals. Maintains extensive product knowledge. Partners with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture. Partners with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to initiate business-driving events in-store. Building Brand Equity:
Understands and communicates the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers. Builds strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador. Communicates client feedback to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales. Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity. Operational Excellence:
Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility. Qualifications
The accomplished individual will possess:
Strong communication skills. Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture. Elevated sense of personal style. An outstanding professional will have:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Physical requirements:
Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends. Standing for extended periods. Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders. Competencies
