Primary Purpose:
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to deliver the ultimate Kate Spade experience, achieving sales goals, building strong product knowledge, and establishing lasting relationships with guests.
Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales goals.
Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
Deliver exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate Kate Spade Experience.
Develop personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
Maintain and elevate a selling culture in partnership with Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Initiate business‑driving events in store.
Understand and communicate the brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
Communicate client feedback to store leadership to elevate service and sales.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register counts, bank deposits, and facility security.
Show strong communication skills and contribute to an elevated selling culture.
Exhibit an elevated sense of personal style.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
Physical Requirements
Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Stand for extended periods.
Safe lifting of boxes up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable climbing ladders.
