Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
As a member of the Finance Reporting function, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports that drive transparency and support strategic decision-making. This role focuses on managing recurring reporting processes, maintaining large datasets, and creating impactful visualizations to influence key stakeholders. By ensuring data integrity and reporting excellence, you will help accelerate business performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate recurring reporting cycles (weekly, monthly) for financial and operational metrics.
Prepare and distribute standardized reports and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage large datasets, including data extraction, transformation, and validation for reporting purposes.
Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through in-depth analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
Present results and insights in review forums, focusing on clarity and impact.
Collaborate with finance, commercial, and analytics teams to align reporting with business priorities.
Continuously improve reporting processes and documentation.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
Strong understanding of financial reporting principles

Proven ability to work independently and carry out recurring tasks with initiative
Hybrid work policy requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Friday. In‑office attendance is required for high‑collaboration or in‑person presentation tasks even on Friday.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
1–3 years experience in financial reporting or business intelligence
Familiarity with ERP systems and SQL knowledge is a plus
