40 hours guaranteed weekly
Responsibilities
Deliver primary care services for pediatric and adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Counsel patients on nutrition, exercise and preventive health
Utilize Epic EMR to document care and coordinate follow‑up
Ideal Background
Active NP or PA license
Primary care or family medicine experience
Comfort treating ages 2 and up
Epic experience preferred, not required
Contract Overview
Start: January 19, 2026 or as soon as possible
Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of perm employment
Location: Hillsboro, OR
