What You’ll Do
Maintain high visibility near the front entrance and survey the outside parking areas Escort employees and/or customers as requested Intervene with and effectively diffuse customer conflicts Inspect perimeter doors, windows and gates to ensure high levels of security Monitor store environment to deter undesirable activity on the property Requirements
Current or former sworn law enforcement officer, U.S. military police, or federal law enforcement officer Valid license to carry a firearm Valid driver’s license Conflict management and problem‑solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Sound judgement skills and ability to manage conflict and communicate effectively under pressure Effective communication skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful environments Ability to anticipate, analyze and identify opportunities Preferred Experience

Light to medium effort work with some heavy effort tasks Work environment involves exposure to various work environments, including temperature changes May be exposed to various allergens; Extensive experience as a Trooper/Police Officer working road patrol or extensive experience in the United States Military in Special Operations or Military Law Enforcement with advanced tactical skills; Associate - Criminal Justice; CPR: Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - Red Cross/AHA: American Heart Association; FAC: First Aid Certification - AHA: American Heart Association; EMT: Emergency Medical Technicians - NREMT: National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians; AED: Automated External Defibrillator - Red Cross/AHA: American Heart Association
