This role is a full‑time HVAC Service Technician position in Montana. The base pay range is $30.00/hr – $45.00/hr. The company is a Montana‑based Building Controls company specializing in turnkey building management and system integration service.

What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and their controls
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine installation or service procedures
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and teammates
Communicate clearly with clients, explaining system functions and maintenance needs
Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
Be available for occasional after‑hours, weekend, or holiday service calls
Travel as needed (some overnight stays may be required)
What You’ll Bring
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
Refrigerant handling license (EPA Certification)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools
Ability to use multimeters and read electrical schematics
Proficiency with computers and device‑specific software for troubleshooting
