Branch Manager (Project Management) Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for driving growth and success in the staffing industry? We’re seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to take the helm of our Trade Management Austin branch and lead our team to new heights within the skilled trade and construction industries.

Compensation:

$60k-$75k + commission Schedule:

In-office, travel locally. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How You’ll Do It As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team of recruiters, and achieving revenue targets through sales efforts.

Direct branch sales objectives by utilizing selling methodologies, develop pricing models/proposals, and develop customer service models

Develop and/or lead training to enhance skill level of recruiting teams

Provide ongoing training and development, coaching, one-on-one, and team-building for staff

Follow up clients on regular basis, educate clients/staff on industry trends, and develop/provide solution-based options to clients

Command of the budget process and execution of the branch budget

Perform ongoing formal and informal performance measurement and management to drive accountability with direct reports as well as review and recommend compensation adjustments

Enforce staff compliance of all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Workers Comp., Unemployment)

Be able to work flexible hours and be on-call, when necessary

All other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring This is an experienced hire role, and you’ll need to bring 2 years of management or sales experience in a staffing environment.

Associate degree or equivalent experience

Strong affinity for business development, including service and marketing calls

Troubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients/candidates

Experience coaching skills and providing feedback to candidates/staff

Strong PC skills as these are critical to our success in this role

Must have reliable transportation, valid Drivers License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties

Physical Requirements To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients.
